The following Passover alert is from the Chicago Rabbinical Council dated January 5, 2006 and confirmed by the OK.
Semi sweet chocolate chips sold at Food-4-Less under the FMV label bear an OKP. This designation is usually used to indicate "Kosher for Passover", but in this case it was mistakenly used to indicate "pareve". The product is indeed kosher pareve, but NOT Kosher for Passover.
