Passover Kashrut Alerts



The following Passover information is from the OU on March 28, 2011.

The OU will be certifying Oakleaf Catering Group as of April 1. The Passover to Go program will be under our supervision as well.

The following Passover alert is from the Star-K on March 14, 2011.
Please be advised that HOFFMAN & CO. / LEWIS CATERERS, Baltimore, Maryland, is advertising a "Passover Food To Go" program bearing the Star-K symbol. In fact, the Star-K was printed in error. The Passover Food To Go program is not certified by the Star-K.
