Passover Kashrut Alerts


The following Passover alert is from the OUcRc posted on March 15, 2012.

  1. Gerber Baby Food in carrots and squash are acceptable for Passover l'chatchila when bearing the OU.
  2. Gerber Baby Food in Peas and Green Beans are Kitniyot, special care is needed with dishes.
  3. Gerber Baby food in Sweet Potatoes contain Ascorbic acid (which is batul).
The "P" is not required.
