The following Passover alert is from OK Kosher Certificaiton on April 23, 2012.

Please be advised that HEALTH GARDEN All Natural AGAVE SWEETENER is being distributed with unauthorized OKP stickers on the bottle. This product is not certified by OK Kosher Certification for Passover. Corrective measures are being taken.
Also, there is no problem caused to keilim if this product was used on Pesach.
