The following Passover information on fish is from cRc with information from the OK on March 26, 2012 and the Kof-K on March 27, 2012 and the Atlanta Kashruth Commission on April 3, 2012.

From the Atlanta Kashruth Commission: Frozen kosher raw fish -- AKC policy is that any is acceptable. Some Rabbis recommend avoiding frozen Alaskan wild salmon that may have been dipped in a corn syrup glaze. The Chof-K frozen raw salmon does not have this concern.

From the OK: The OK certifies fresh frozen salmon at Costco. It is preferable that the consumer buys the salmon that is certified for Passover but it is acceptable to purchase any fresh frozen salmon with only the OK certification on the label.

The OU has revised their policy for raw fresh/frozen fish for Pesach and now only recommends fish that bears an OU P - passover certification.

From the Kof-K: The following items are ok for pesach even without the Kof-K P marking.

Wholley Whiting is not recommended for Pesach this year.

The following South African Passover alert is from the Beth Din of Johannesburg on April 2, 2012.

All products produced and packaged for Pesach were produced under constant supervision and all ingredients were declared beforehand and checked by a qualified food technologist as well as by a qualified Rabbi.
Please note that some products certified for Pesach exhibit the normal all-year round label which may list Chametz of Kitniyot as an ingredient. Since the cost of reprinting labels is exorbitant and the Kashrut Department wants to keep costs to the minimum to benefit the final consumer, we do not insist on reprinting labels specifically for Pesach. We wish to ensure to the public that every step has been taken to ensure that all Pesach production has been done under the strictest guidelines.

The following Passover information is from cRc twitter feed on March 22, 2012.

The following Passover and kashrus alert is from the Denver Vaad, the Young Israel of Sharon and the editor and posted on April 17, 2011 and reposted on March 29, 2012.

NON-kosher shankbones are being offered at local supermarkets, often placed in the Kosher Meat section right next to the kosher meat and chicken. While the supermarkets may mean well, this is seriously misleading to the kosher consumer. Do not assume that just because the supermarket staff places an item in the Kosher for Passover section that it really is kosher for Passover. For instance, the supermarket will put all Matzos together in the aisle, including those that are actual hametz intended for year-round use but not for Pesach. So read all labels carefully.
In addition, there are many supermarkets, caterers and restaurants that are advertising "Passover" products or seders that are not kosher or kosher for Passover.

The following Passover information is from the Star-K on March 28, 2012.

All Dole, Fresh Express and supermarket brand value added bagged salads with a Star-K next to the date code are Kosher for Passover without the "P".
