2/3 cup (10 iz.) almonds
9 oz dates (no pits) around 12
2 tbsp honey or agave nectar
3 oz cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
2 oz pecans or walnuts (chopped)
Optional: extra cocoa, almonds, pecans. or coconut for decoration.
1.Grind almonds to course powder in food processor
2. Add rest except pecans
Blend dough into a ball
Knead pecans into dough.
Roll into 1" balls.
Optional: Roll into additional cocoa or add nuts or coconut on top
Store in freezer & good to eat straight from the freezer
