The following kashruth Alert was received from the Orthodox Union on January 7, 2001.

The following Roche (Industrial Items), products of Roche Vitamins, Inc. Belvidere, NJ appear in OU letters of certification as being endorsed when bearing the OU symbol. In fact, the OU symbol never appeared on the product label and the products were never kosher:
