The following kashrus alert is from the KOAOA on October 6, 2006.

Effective immediately, KOAOA (the Half Moon K) has revoked the certification of Alpha Baking Company of Chicago, IL and LaPorte, IN. Brands of bread and rolls that are no longer certified include Rosen’s Breads, Sysco and Brownberry. Product bearing the KOAOA hechsher is unauthorized and should not be used.
