The following kashrus alert is from the Kosher Information Bureau on August 29, 2007 and confirmed by the OU.

Qingdao ICD Biochemistry Co., a Chinese Manufacturer, has been sending out forged OU letters of certification. Qingdao ICD Biochemistry's products should not be accepted as kosher certified by the Orthodox Union.
