הנני בזה לאשר שהסיבה בקשתי להסיר את Truffle oil מעל המדפים של החניות, אינה מטעם שנמצא בהם חמץ או קטניות, אלא שהתצמיות לא נתפקחו לפסח, האומנם שלפי המידע אין בהם חמץ או קטניות כלל. וע"כ מי שכבר בישול או אפה בהם, יכול להשתמש בהם בשופי, חוץ לאלו שמקפידים ביותר שלא לאכול שום דבר

Liebers black truffle oil and white truffle oil are marked kosher for Passover. both are not. they should not be sold in the pesach section of the stores and even in the chometz section they should be marked not kosher for Passover
