Yummy® Cheese Tray: Anyone who purchased the Yummy® Cheese Tray (Assorted Variety Tray 16oz) should not use it for Pesach. The company has sent notification that the batch they had shipped was not Kosher for Pesach. Customers can return the product for a full refund or put it away for use after Pesach. ESKD Kosher For Pesach Shnitzel: f you have purchased or ordered Kosher For Pesach Schnitzel from East Side Kosher Deli, it has inadvertently been made with crumbs that contain matzo meal. Some have a custom not to eat foods containing matzo meal (“Gebrokts”) on Pesach; this item would fall into that category. It can be returned to the Deli for a full refund. Orwashers All Baked Goods, Orwashers, NY NY has an unauthorized OU P:
The Orthodox Union does not certify Orwashers Bakery, or any packaged baked goods with the Orwashers label. Some baked products are packed in containers with an unauthorized OU P symbol. Corrective actions are being implemented.

• March 21, 2021 from COR Detroit: BROWN SUGAR requires Pesach certification or Pesach approval. Brown sugar that bears the Vaad Harabbonim’s K-COR symbol, such as Big Chief and Pioneer brands, is not acceptable for Pesach.
  Other brands in the Michigan area that bear the K-COR symbol, such as Kroger and Baker’s Corner [Aldi] brands, are also not acceptable for Pesach. The listing of these two brands on page 74 of the OU Pesach Guide refers only to Kroger and Baker’s Corner brands in areas where they bear an OU symbol.
• February 22, 2021: From the Vaad of Buffalo responding to a question from the editor: All BVK certified brown or plain sugars are fine for Pesach even without a "P".
• From the OU Passover Section:
  White Granulated Sugar and Brown Sugar: White granulated sugar and brown sugar are approved for Passover when bearing an OU symbol.

Sugar Substitutes

• From the OU Passover Section:
  The following sugar substitutes are available with an OU-P or OU Kosher for Passover:
  • Gefen Nutrataste Gold Sweetener (sucralose)
  • Gefen Sweet’N Low
  
  Although Splenda brand sucralose is found in OU-P products, it is not available for consumers.

"In response to inquiries from the local Rabbis and community members, I would like to clarify that all 'Passover' items being sold at the Blacker’s Bakeshop are strictly Kosher under our Hashgacha. However, the bakery is not Kashered for Passover. Hence these items are not certified for Pessah. When ordering online you will see the notice on every item 'We use Kosher for Passover ingredients, but we do not kasher the bakery for Passover (since we close), please keep this in mind when ordering.'"

Ed. note: This is part of a bigger problem of establishments advertising products for Passover that are not certified for Passover or also not kosher.
