The Orthodox Union does not certify Foodhold Frozen Cut Brussels Sprouts. Some bags bear an unauthorized OU symbol. This product is sold in several supermarkets, including Giant and Stop & Shop. Corrective actions are being implemented.

Choice Products USA, LLC of Eau Claire, WI, is recalling 275 - 3lb tubs of Peanut Butter Cookie Dough, because it may contain undeclared milk from milk chocolate chips.

3 lb. tub Peanut Butter Cookie Dough was distributed nationwide. The product was purchased through an online ordering system and delivered via fed ex directly to customers. No other products offered through online ordering are affected.

The product was distributed in 3 lb. white plastic tubs with the date code of 19330. The label refers to “Premiere Choice” Peanut Butter Cookie Dough.

Some containers of the 3lb. Peanut Butter Cookie Dough have been found to contain milk chocolate chips which were mistakenly included in the mixing process of the Peanut Butter Cookie Dough. The recall was initiated after it was discovered that product containing milk chocolate chips was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of milk. Subsequent investigation indicates the problem was caused by an inadvertent adherence to the company's “production and packaging procedures."

Consumers who have purchased Premiere Choice 3lb Tub Peanut Butter Cookie Dough through online ordering may dispose of the product and contact the company at 1-715-318-2848 for a full refund.

February 20, 2020 from FDA:

Vitamin Cottage Natural Food Markets, Inc., a Lakewood, Colorado-based natural grocery chain, is recalling Natural Grocers brand 8 ounce Almond Clusters Dark Chocolate Non-GMO because the product contains undeclared peanut and milk allergens.

The recalled product is packaged in clear plastic bags weighing 8 ounces and bearing the “Natural Grocers” label. Pack dates between 19-178 and 20-035 are being recalled at this time.

There have been no reports of illness or injury to date, but Natural Grocers is acting out of an abundance of caution to notify consumers and recall any of the affected product in the marketplace.

The product was distributed to 157 Natural Grocers stores located in Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Consumers can find the specific locations of Natural Grocers’ stores in those states at https://www.naturalgrocers.com/store-directory.

The Orthodox Union certifies Kroger Sweet & Mesquite BBQ chips as an OU pareve product. Some Sweet & Mesquite BBQ 17 oz. bags were mistakenly used for Cheddar & Sour Cream Chips, an OUD dairy product. The mislabeled product was recalled from the marketplace.

Saratoga Potato Chips, LLC Issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Milk in Kroger Sweet & Mesquite BBQ Potato Chips

Saratoga Potato Chips, llc of Fort Wayne, Indiana is recalling 140 cases of Kroger Sweet & Mesquite BBQ Potato Chips 17 oz (UPC 0111100320101) with the specific lot code BEST If Used By MAY 12 20 2b5 time stamped 18:50 to 20:55, because it may contain undeclared milk.

Product was distributed in Kroger stores in Michigan state, Mariano’s stores, and Roundy’s stores in Illinois state & Wisconsin state. It reached consumers through retail stores.

The product comes in a 17 oz bag marked with the lot code "BEST If Used By MAY 12 20 2b5" time stamped 18:50 to 20:55, on the top right corner of the front of the bag. A total of 140 cases were affected.

The issue was discovered when some consumers reported finding cheddar cheese flavored chips in the Bag of Sweet & Mesquite BBQ Potato Chips 17 oz (UPC 0111100320101) with the specific lot code BEST If Used By MAY 12 20 2b5 time stamped 18:50 to 20:55. Saratoga Potato Chips conducted an investigation which indicated that the problem was caused by an isolated incident of human error.

Consumers who have purchased the recalled Kroger Sweet & Mesquite BBQ Potato Chips product may dispose of it or return it to their local Kroger, Mariano’s, Roundy’s stores for a full refund.
