The Orthodox Union does not certify Reis & Irvy's frozen yogurt kiosks. These kiosks are automated dispensers that serve frozen yogurts and toppings. The kiosks feature an unauthorized OU symbol. Corrective actions are being implemented.

The Oppenheimer Company wishes to inform its consumer public that the product "Oppenheimer Chocolate Chips Brown White –Chocolate Chip Drops,"manufactured for Osher Ad, weight 750 grams, barcode: 729000253084, contains sesame and due to a manufacturing error and a scribal error, the following print was omitted:
"Allergen information – May contain nuts (hazel, cashew), almonds, peanuts,and sesame"
'In all packages with expiration dates up to and including: "Best use before 30.12.2020".
To be clear, the product contains soy and traces of sesame.
Consumers with known allergies to soy, sesame,or to any of the allergens listed above are urged not to consume this product.
For consumers without known allergies to the allergens listed above, this product is safe for consumption.
The Oppenheimer Company apologizes to its consumer public and has taken action to recall the products from the shelves.

The MK still supervises the 4 small yogurts for Oikos.
The larger size was done in a different facility and is no longer under the COR who supervised them previously.

Arctic Zero’s new packaging (leaf design) mistakenly bears a plain OK symbol, instead of the required OK-D.

Streit's Minestrone Canned Soup with a Best by Date Jan 2023 is not Yoshon certified until after Pesach 5780. All other Streit's products certified under the Kof-K are certified as Yoshon.

Fudjo Chocolatey Fudge Bar – 2.5 Ounce, Hershey’s Ice Cream was mistakenly labeled as KOF-K DE instead of the required KOF-K Dairy. This product contains milk, as clearly stated on the label, and is certified Kosher dairy.
Corrective action has been taken.
