The following Passover advisory is based on a question from a reader and consultation with the OU on April 17, 2008.

Many meat companies, distribute products bearing a Kosher for Passover designation whose whose ingredient panels reflect chometz or kitnios ingredients. We have been informed that often meat companies do not use the Passover sensitive ingredients for Passover productions.
