Passover 2010 Commercial Kosher Food Alerts


FONT SIZE=-2>The following Passover alert was from the Orthodox Union on Sept. 12, 2002.

Product:Oeno Sorbic Acid and Potasium Sorbate (industrial product), Ueno Fine Chemicals.
Issue: Yhe Orthodox Union has withdrawn Passover certification from these products. Even products bearing the OUP should not be used for Passover. These products remain certified for year-round use.
