Potatoes and Onions Baked in Broth

ingredients
6 medium potatoes peeled and sliced into 1/2 in slices
2 cups chopped onions
1 and 1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 tsp oil
salt and pepper to taste

directions
9 x 13 inch babing pan
place all ingediants in pan and cover
bake 350*F for 1 hour
serves six
