ingredients
- Leftover chicken nuggets or roasted chicken, chopped into small bite size chunks
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- Manischewitz® Matzo (broken into pieces) or Matzo Crackers
Directions
In a bowl mix all your ingredients except for matzo crackers. Spoon chicken salad mixture onto matzo crackers. Sprinkle with fresh chives or cut parsley and serve.
