The following kashrus alert is from OK Kosher on April 28, 2009.
Please be advised that a fraudulent OK kosher certificate is being circulated for a product called Superfloc 2120 ostensibly produced by Kemira Chemicals UK Ltd.
Superfloc 2120 is NOT produced by Kemira Chemicals UK Ltd., amd is NOT certified by OK Kosher. The fraudulent certificate has been circulated in Latin America.
Bags of Superfloc 2120, Superfloc 2120PWG and Superfloc 2120 PWG SG do not bear the Kemira name or the OK symbol on the packaging. The OK requests that anyone who encounters the fraudulent certificate please contact the OK office at 718-756-7500 or info@ok.org.
