Updated: Additional Package Codes Of Watts Brothers Farms Organic Mixed Vegetables, Organic Super Sweet Corn, and Organic Peas Recalled Because of Possible Health Risk

CHICAGO — ConAgra Foods is voluntarily recalling additional package codes of Watts Brothers Farms Organic Mixed Vegetables, Organic Super Sweet Corn (Yellow/Gold), and Organic Peas due to the potential for these products to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. These products were first recalled on May 5, 2016 and have not been available for purchase since this date. As part of ConAgra’s internal recall follow-up procedures, additional package codes were recently identified.
The products covered by this recall were distributed in the U.S. and sold at Costco. A complete list of impacted products is included below with the new additional package codes listed in bold. No other ConAgra Foods or Watts Brothers retail branded products are impacted by this recall.

May 5, 2016 from the FDA:
ConAgra Foods is voluntarily recalling Watts Brothers Farms Organic Mixed Vegetables, Organic Super Sweet Corn (Yellow/Gold), and Organic Peas and Trader Joe’s Organic Super Sweet Corn due to the potential for these products to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. This voluntary action is being undertaken because the Watts Brothers and Trader Joe’s recalled products contain vegetables that are part of the recent CRF Frozen Foods recall.
Products covered by this recall were distributed in the U.S. Watts Brothers Farms products were sold at Costco and Trader Joe’s products were sold at Trader Joe’s. Specific product names and information are listed below. No other ConAgra Foods or Watts Brothers retail branded products are impacted by this recall. Watts Brothers Farms Products: The Best Before Date and Package Code is located on the back of the package above the zipper. The HH:MM portion of the Package Code indicates the time product was made and varies by package. Please refer to the attached photographs for examples.

June 24, 2016: From the FDA:
The Father’s Table is voluntarily recalling 2,099 cases of cheesecakes sold by Gordon Food Service through retail and food service outlets under the GFS® label as a result of a recall by one of The Father’s Table’s flour suppliers, Grain Craft. Particular lots of Grain Craft flour, used in the products listed below, may contain undeclared peanut residue.

From FDA: "Grain Craft first notified FDA on April 26 that sampling by a customer found peanut residue in cookies and subsequent analysis revealed the source of the peanut residue to be its soft red winter wheat flour.

Creative Snacks Co. of Greensboro, North Carolina is expanding their recall of specific lot codes of bulk and packaged sunflower seed products due to the potential presence of Listeria monocytogenes. We have been notified by SunOpta, our sunflower seed supplier, that the company has issued a further expanded voluntary recall for sunflower seeds that were processed in their Crookston, Minnesota facility between May 31, 2015 and January 31, 2016.
Creative Snacks is recalling all products that contain the SunOpta sunflower seeds in question. The product being recalled has been distributed to retailers nationwide and is being sold in a variety of formats including plastic rigid containers, small re-sealable bags and in bulk. May 24, 2016: From the FDA:
C. J. Dannemiller Co. is recalling SunOpta 50# bags and 30# cases of roasted sunflower kernels roasted and salted, and sunflower kernels roasted no salt because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria.
The recalled Sun Opta Roasted Sunflower kernels – roasted and salted and Sun Opta Roasted No Salt were distributed in the following states: AR, VA, IN, MI in bulk packaging between Feb.22, 2016 and May 17, 2016.
The product comes in a 50 lb, White paper bag marked with the lot codes: 8B6M17, 8D6M12, 8D6M11. Lot code is located on the top center of the bag or in a 30 lb. brown corrugated case with MFG DATE of 3/21/16 or 3/28/16. MFG DATE is on the product label.
Consumers who have purchased 50 lbs. bags of the recalled product are urged to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund. Consumers with questions may contact the company at 1-800-624-8671 M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. EST.
