- 4-5 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts (2 lbs.)
- 1 Package dry onion soup mix
- 1 bottle Italian salad dressing
- 1 8-oz. jar apricot jam (may use peach or plum)
Cooking instructions
- Cut chicken into strips if desired.
- Combine soup mix, dressing, and jam.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Bake at 350 °F. for about 30 to 40 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken is tender.
