2 large ripe avocadoes
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup agave nectar or honey
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tbsp sweet wine
1.Put avocado flesh into food processor
2. Add rest of ingredients and mix.
For mousse: Put into bowl, refrigerate for 1 to 8 hours, serve
For ice cream: Put into bowl,freeze.
Mix every 30 minutes until completely frozen or put onto ice cream maker and freeze.
