Please be advised that bags of Ancient Harvest brand white quinoa with the bag code Best By 05/22/21 7NI, being sold in NY/NJ area stores, have been found to be infested. Our research indicates that the issue originated at a distributor which was out of Ancient Harvest's control.
This alert does not apply to other bag codes or in areas outside of New York and New Jersey.

Mahi sauces, made and sold in the UK, bear an unauthorized OK Kosher symbol on their labels.
This company and their products are NOT certified by OK Kosher Certification.
Corrective actions are being taken.
October 18, 2019 - from Nitra Kosher:
Mini, light-colored chocolate chips were found in the same bag as the regular LIEBER'S brand chocolate-chips. These are PAREVE coffee chips that were packed in the bag due to a error in production.
October 16, 2019 from the OK:
Assorted Candy Gift Boxes Sweets From Heaven, Johannesburg, South Africa has an unauthorized Use of OK Kosher Symbol.
Various “Sweets from Heaven” products are being sold with a sticker bearing the OK Kosher symbol.
Sweets from Heaven is not certified by OK Kosher and no authorization has been given to use the kosher symbol.

The food recall warning of certain powdered infant formula issued on October 6, 2019 is revised to correctly identify the formula that may be contaminated with Cronobacter spp. President's Choice brand Lower Iron milk based powdered infant formula had been incorrectly identified as having been associated with the testing results.
Accordingly, the following product is no longer subject to a food recall warning:

Out of an abundance of caution, The J. M. Smucker Company today announced a voluntary recall of specific lots of Robin Hood® All Purpose Flour distributed and sold in the U.S. due to possible E. coli contamination. This recall does not impact any Robin Hood® items sold in Canada.
No other items manufactured by The J. M. Smucker Company, including other Robin Hood® products distributed and sold in the U.S. or Canada, are impacted by this issue. No illnesses related to this issue have been reported to date.
