Canada Dry Mott's Inc., Heinz Canada is recalling Heinz Apple broccoli, pea & brown rice and Mott's Fruitsations Fruit Rockets – Unsweetened Strawberry from the marketplace due to potential loss of seal, causing spoilage. Consumers should not consume the recalled products described below.

Due to kashrus violations as of August 12, 2015 Kehilah Kashrus will no longer certify Kold Kuts, located at 3007 Avenue K, Brooklyn,, NY and Premier Events at Agudah Bais Binyomin, 2913 Avenue L or any other events catered by Premiere.
From Rabbi Nethaniel Sommer: Be advised that I, Rabbi Sommer, was the first Hechsher on KoldCuts. Later on, Kehilla Kashrus came on as the second Hechsher mainly to cover outside catering jobs, but also gave the Hechsher on the store. Kehilla Kashrus decided to withdraw their Hechsher. My Hechsher still remains on the store.

Some cans of Bruce's Candied Yams, in Kettle Simmered Syrup, distributed in Walmart and other supermarkets, bear an unauthorized Star-K symbol. The formulation was changed and includes dairy ingredients, as indicated on the ingredient panel. These products are being recalled.

Please be advised that Terrafina Sour Strawberry Laces Terrafina, LLC. Bronx, NY 10457 has UNAUTHORIZED OK KOSHER SYMBOL . A very limited a mount of Terrafina Sour Strawberry Laces was mistakenly labeled with the OK kosher symbol. This product is NOT KOSHER CERTIFIED. Corrective action has been taken.

Toosum Blueberry & Greek Yogurt Oatmeal Bars, Toosum Healthy Foods, Seatle WA Issue: The Orthodox Union certifies Toosum Blueberry & Greek Yogurt Oatmeal Bars as an OU D – Dairy product. This product contains dairy ingredients as indicated on the ingredient and allergen statements. Some packaging was labeled with a plain OU mark, without the D – Dairy designation. Corrective actions have been implemented.

Solutions4 Nutritional Shake - Chocolate, Company: Beneficial International, Salt lake City, UT: The Orthodox Union does not certify Solutions4 Nutritional Shakes. Some of their chocolate shakes were labeled with an unauthorized OU symbol. Corrective actions have been implemented.

"Salatei Hashef" salads company announced that laboratory tests revealed possible cases of Listeria Monocytogenes in tehina, corn salad and cabbage. The recalled rpoducts are in 200 gram containers and have September 2015 expiration dates. Customers should return the products to the store that the products were bought. P
