Please be aware that a broker is importing prosobee infant formula made in Canada and is distributing it in Jewish neighborhoods. The Canadian Prosobee differs from the U.S. by the following:

1. The U.S.brand in known as Enfamil Prosobee , the Canadian is known as Enfalac
2. The Canadian Prosobee is certified by the COR,the U.S. Prosobee by the OU
3. The U.S. Prosobee powder is ou is pareve (Prosobee Liquid IS OUD equipment), The Canadian Powder IS COR D.E.(dairy equipment).

ed. note: The following was sent by a reader and confirmed by the OU:
Currently, the only O-U certified kosher pareve baby formulas made on pareve equipment are Enfamil ProSobee Powder and Enfamil NextStep Toddler Formula--Soy Powder, both made by Mead Johnson Nutritionals, Evansville, Indiana.
The other O-U baby formulas (such as Isomil powder and liquid) are made on dairy, not cholev Yisroel equipment.
