Nabisco 20-Packs Candy Lovers Mix, Mondelez Global LLC, East Hanover NJ
Issue: The Orthodox Union certifies many Nabisco snack products. Some 20-Packs Candy Lovers Mix variety packs of Chips Ahoy! Mini Candy Blast and Sour Patch Kids Candy bear an OUD designation on the outside box but not all the products inside the box are certified by the Orthodox Union. The individually wrapped Chips Ahoy products are certified and bear an OUD symbol, but the non-certified Sour Patch Kids products have no OU mark. Consumers should check the individual products for the OUD mark. Corrective actions are being implemented.
