The following kashrus alert is from a newspaper advertisemeent dated December 3, 2004.
Carmit Candy Ltd. wishes to warn the public that production of Carmit Dark Chocolate Coins (pareve) batch number 4239 (marked on eash coin label), may contain small dairy chocolate coins marked either "Kasher chalavi" or "fine milk chocolate".
The public is warned to check mesh bags of Carmit Pareve Chocolate Coins so that the bags do not include coins marked "Kaher chalovi" or "fine milk chocolate".
Carmit is recalling all pareve chocolate coins from the market, but some product may have already been purchased by the public, to whom Carmit candy is herby issuing this warning.
