The following kashrus notice is from the Triangle K based on an alert from the Israeli Chief Rabbinate and translated by Jerusalem Kosher News on November 5, 2010.
The "Swiss Caps" produced in Switzerland and imported to Israel by "Aroma Life" and used as capsules for Omega-3 and other food supplements, do not contain gelatin and are Mehadrin under Trangle-K supervision. They are made from cellulose. The omega 3 capsules contain oil from kosher fish.
Rabbonim from our office in Eretz Yisroel, were today at the offices of the Chief Rabbinate, and corrected the mistake. The importer had forgotten to register the product with the Chief Rabbinate. The Rabanut HaRashit was satisfied and in their upcoming issue the product will also be "bi'eeshur harabanut harashit".
