The following kashrus information is from the CRC Detroit on February 20, 2013.
There are a number of flavors of Market Pantry brand Ice Pops and Ice Fruit Bars that bear a plain cRc without a D or DE. These in fact do not have any dairy ingredients, and are made in a facility that has separate equipment for dairy and non-dairy products. However, as it is not possible to rule out the possibility that these products may have inadvertently been run on dairy equipment, it is cRc policy that these products should be certified as cRc-DE (dairy equipment) Future packaging will be changed to bear cRc-DE.
The following kashrus information is from the COR Detroit and on December 27, 2012.
MARKET PANTRY FROZEN FRUIT BARS (grape, lime & strawberry) and ICE POPS (assorted, blast-off & tropical) sold at Target mistakenly bear a plain cRc symbol. They should bear cRc DE (dairy equipment).
