May 11, 2020: From the COR:

Bake Shop Bakery 7 Layer Dessert Bar is missing the Dairy Symbol.
This product was incorrectly labelled without a DAIRY designation. This product is DAIRY and kosher certified.
This product is only available in ALDI stores in the United States.
Corrective action is being taken.
