GOLD MEDAL ALL PURPOSE FLOUR and BREAD FLOUR with “KC” in code, may be viewed as yoshon with a use by date of February 9, 2023 or before. The packing date is August 9. (A use by date for Gold Medal Flour is 18 months after the packing date.)
