August 24, 2025 – Update from Yoshon.com:
- "All products that are made in Italy (purchased in the USA) are Yoshon, however some are stringent from a purchase date of Jan 1 2026.
- Products that state "made from Italian flour" are Yoshon according to all.
- All products from Turkey are yoshon this year."

August 25, 2025 – Update from the Kashrut Agencies, Star-K and Yoshon.com
Below is the latest Yoshon season update:
- Wheat:
- Pasta products, durum and semolina flours - product of USA only - use Aug 1 as the production cutoff date. Canadian pasta products – no Chodosh concerns before September at least.
- All Other Flours (all mills/companies), Fresh Baked Goods and All Other Wheat Products - No Chodosh concerns for at least the remainder of August. Next update around September 1st.
- All Other Flours (all mills/companies), Fresh Baked Goods and All Other Wheat Products - No Chodosh concerns for at least the remainder of August. Next update around September 1st.
- Barley & Oats – No Chodosh concerns for at least the remainder of August. Will update before September 1st.
- Rye & Spelt – Can always be assumed Yoshon in N. America.
