"At this time, there is no official start date for Yoshon in Montreal. We will keep the community posted as information becomes available.
"Generally, the flour sold at Costco is among the first to become Chodosh. At the moment, we do not yet have a cutoff date, but it may be worthwhile to begin stocking up if needed.
"We are pleased to inform you that the Soft Wheat used for Dafina from Cedar brand will be Yoshon throughout the entire season. It is possible that additional brands will also be Yoshon, we will share further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
