The OU retracted the alert. The products with the OU Pareve designation are indeed pareve.

Chef's Quality Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, Restaurant Depot, Whitestone NY has a missing D - Dairy Designation:
The Orthodox Union certifies Chef's Quality Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips as and OU D - Dairy product. Some boxes are missing the D - Dairy designation. Corrective actions are being implemented.
