- With reference to our previous advice that supermarket own brands of Corn Flakes, Crisp Rice, Frosted Flakes and Honey Nut Corn Flakes were approved if bearing a product code ending 0953, we have been informed that production has now ceased. Old stock with a BBE date up to the end of August 2026 is still approved Parev.
To check the kosher status of other supermarket own label cereals, see www.isitkosher.uk. The approved products do not require any special production codes.
- Nutella Plant Based Chocolate Spread, previously approved Dairy Equipment (Chalav Akum), is now approved
Parev.
- Wall’s Twister Pineapple Lolly, Twister Pineapple Mini Lolly and Twister Tropical Mini Lolly previously approved Parev, have changed formulation and now contain milk. They are approved Dairy (Chalav Akum). Old stock which does not list Skimmed Milk in the ingredient’s declaration is still approved Parev.
Twister Berrylicious Lollies and Fruit Zinger Lollies remain approved Parev as previously.
Please note that Twister Mini Mallow Lolly is Not Kosher.
