"Wine grape pomace (WGP) as a source of antioxidant dietary fiber (DF) was used to fortify baked goods, including breads, muffins, and brownies." Wine grape pomace is what is left over after grapes are pressed for wine was used instead of wheat flour. They found that this can be a way to increase hte bioactive ingredients in baked goods and a good use for winemaking waste.
