Deb El Pasteurized Liguid Egg Whites containing Triethyl Citrate is mislabeled "OU-P" on the outside box. Individual cartons bear only an "OU". Deb El Pasteurized Liquid Egg Whites without Triethyl Citrate are acceptable for Passover. Check the ingredients.
