ELITE CHOCOLATES are recommended only when bearing the certification of the OU or the Badatz of Eida Hacharedis. For Pesach, special Pesach marking is required.

SCHMERLING'S SUGARLESS AND NO SUGAR ADDED CHOCOLATES are not Kosher for Pesach, and state so on their labels.

Virgin (unrefined, cold-pressed) coconut oil with an OU is acceptable for Pesach without a "P". (no added ingredients)

Passover information on Chosen Foods Virgin Avocado Oil

Only the Chosen Foods Virgin Avocado Oil is acceptable for Passover with the OU symbol. See attached picture.

Note: Passover information is valid for Passover 2018 only.

From the OU on March 7, 2018: Virgin Avocado Oil, is acceptable when bearing the regular OU symbol.

Passover alert - Benefiber & other Passover fiber supplement information

The product "Benefiber", produced by Glaxco Smith Kline is made from wheat dextrin and is Chometz. However, another similar product called "Nutrisource Benefiber" is made in Israel by Norartis and is Kosher for Pesach. This Israeli brand of Benefiber contains guar gum rather than wheat dextrin and therefore can be used on Pesach.

Yoshon status of Matzah
